Lousy *** Poor Customer service.

You cannot reach someone with a pulse when there is an issue yet you accept our money via auto pay. Credit Card change.

We were lied to when signing lease with solar city about how much we would save.

3. called once, electric bill was somewhat high, they ran test, reset something, said it was fine. Asked for a copy of report, told NO, they do not give the results out..HIDING SOMETHING?

4. CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD GET A NEGATIVE NUMBER IF POSSIBLE.

Takes forever!!! It's been over 70 minutes when I finally got help.

10 minutes later I got what I needed.

Tesla inverter

We used Smart Wave Solar as a third party for our system. Poor customer service, and the Tesla inverter was bad.

We had to find the problem, and it took 2 weeks to get a new one. It is working now, we think, but it was very frustrating. I would do my homework on solar installers before purchasing for sure next time.

I am very disappointed in the sales process and false promises regarding the timing of it all. We had to call the city and power companies to keep the process moving.

I tried to schedule an Energy Service appointment. It asked me to download the Tesla app.

It asked me to look for Energy Support on the app. But I can't find it. The automated operator sent me to learn mode so many times. Then finally brought me to wait for a human agent.

I was waiting for 45 minutes but still can't get to talk to the operator.

I need to talk to a human operator to set up the appointment ASAP since the materials arrived at my home already. So please call me to set up a service appointment.
